Holiday rentals with a patio in Prättigau/Davos District

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Check-in was easy and straightforward. Super flexible check-out!!! We were more than happy! However, a car is needed to get to the surrounding ski resorts.

This was an adorable place up in the mountains great for a family. It was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were quick to greet us and helped us with our luggage up the stairs-even though it was late at night when we arrived. They were wonderful! And the WiFi was great!

We visited Schmitten in February and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We had a rental car but Schmitten is accessible also by Postbus. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There are no restaurants in the walking distance, but only a local grocery store. Perfect place for family vacation, 20 min ride from Lenzerheide-Arosa and Davos ski areas.

Very nice and spacious apartment. The living room is large and stylishly decorated. There are four separate bedrooms. Cot and chair available. On the outskirts of Davos Platz, you are in the city center with a 20-minute walk but can also run/walk beautifully in the valley. Pleasant communication. Definitely recommended

An inexpensive small mini apartment best suited for one person with a nice bathroom and an induction hob. Perfect for skiing, hiking, mountain biking... but too small to sit at home and watch TV. If you come to Arosa to stay in the apartment all day, you should go somewhere else, because Arosa is a really fantastic outdoor area high in the mountains. Yannick is also friendly and accessible. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, getting to the restaurants, or just strolling outside

The apartment is located close to the train station and Parsenn ski area. Very comfortable and quiet with nice views. Chris was an excellent host!

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

We had a wonderful time at this private house! A very cozy, clean and well-kept place. We particularly liked the sauna and barbecue area – perfect for a stay with friends or family. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a swimming pool nearby where we also had a great time. The hosts are very kind and thoughtful. Beautiful very modern apartment. But you must go to the garage which is the ground floor to obtain the keys and enter. Once inside the garage, the apartment is basically 6 stories up, only 2 of which have an elevator. So be prepared to carry your luggage up 4 stories before riding an elevator the last 2 stories! We left our heavy ski bag in the locked community garage.

We stayed at this lovey place with mountains view. It was really nice and cozy. Lots of space and very child friendly. Very well equipped kitchen, bedroom and baths. Also a nice quiet location. Thank you Zsuzsanna!

The apartment is in a great location, close to the ski lift, supermarket and many restaurants. Superbly furnished with everything you need + the amenities of the hotel, such as ski room, underground parking and spa. Communication with Jessica and Janine was impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommended!
