The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. A freshly renovated holiday home with a swimming pool (from mid April to mid October) awaits you with a direct view of Lake Sarnen and the Swiss Alps. Here you can escape your everyday life perfectly and enjoy full privacy. Centrally located, various activities are at your disposal: Lucerne and the ski resorts Melchsee-Frutt and Engelberg are just around the corner, the lake is only a short walk away and cities such as Zurich and Interlaken can be reached within an hour.

The house is situated on a small hill. Please read all the information in the listing before booking to avoid surprises. Living room, dining room and bedroom are spacious. Wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Brienz from the living room and terrace. The house has two apartments. The upper apartment is available for guests only. The host lives in the lower one during the tourist season. Luggage transport to the house is possible if the host is on site.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Cocoon paradise and dream landscape

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is close to our home, but it has an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream while looking at the view, the sun's path, on one of the terraces or by the fireplace. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself for teleworking, escape as a couple... The hardest part is leaving. In JULY and AUGUST, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 😊

Casa Angelica

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential facilities for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue area.

Sleeping in the house in the greenhouse, great view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
