The property consists of a historic farmhouse, a small 7th century tower, a park of almost two hectares and a swimming pool.<br>The nearest village is a 5-minute drive away, with a pharmacy, bar, bakery and supermarket, as well as an excellent butcher's shop and a centre for the sale of truffles.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
