Delightful two-room apartment recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, equipped with WiFi/fiber and air conditioning, located near the Roman Aqueduct and 50 meters from the Etruscan Arch and the University of Foreigners, very close to all areas of interest including the Cathedral, Corso Vannucci, Fontana Maggiore, the Rectorate and Morlacchi theater, as well as clubs, restaurants and shops. The house is very comfortable and has 2 entrances, one independent and one inside the building.

You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
