stunning top floor flat within city center's heart

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. The studio is in the historic centre, it is independent, it is located in in the oldest district of Assisi, at the foot of the Rocca Maggiore within the limited traffic zone. There is the Piazza Matteotti car park for a fee about 100 metres away, and there is the possibility of parking outside the historic centre about 500 metres away in Via Renzo Rosati.
