We very much enjoyed our stay here!! So beautiful, very peaceful! Super clean, fantastic host that gave us great recommendations!! Really made our Umbria stay very special!

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and Rachel was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, met all of our needs, and even made us a last-minute, 13 person reservation at a local restaurant (it was a hit). Highly recommend this place.

Floriana is a wonderful host and made us feel like family. The pool, on site restaurant, gardens and house were all beautiful. We very much enjoyed and would come back for a longer stay next time.

Villa Scarponi amazed us with its warm atmosphere, and welcoming as if it were home. An oasis of peace in contact with nature, the house is very clean and Chiara has always been close to us with great advice. If life brings us back to Umbria, we will definitely come back. 🥰

We had an amazing time in Francesco's place. The house is wondefull. Spacious, clean and very modern. The garden and surroundings are very beautiful. Francesco is an excellent host. He is responsive and his service is ourstanding. He welcomed us with pizza and wine en he even brought us a box with delicious treats for breakfast every morning. I can recommend Francesco's place for everyone who want to stay in a central location to discover Tuscany and stay in a charming house full of luxury. Couldn't be better.

Great place to stay!!

Marleen and Stijn, her property manager, were extremely communicative and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay! They messaged clear instructions and videos and when we arrived everything was so easy and clean! The property is absolutely breathtaking, with gorgeous views. This was the best air bnb experience I have ever had. It was thanks to Marleen’s kindness and clear instructions. My family cannot wait to return to the villa. It was amazing! The property is gated too, so we felt safe and private.

Excellent from start to finish. Smooth check in, super clean, and great for sleeping. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom are on lower/sub level down from main floor. 1 bedroom and bath is on main floor. Layout made for awesome, quiet, and cool temps at night. Mattresses and sheets and pillows were excellent. Professional turn around on the linens. Hosts had 2 bags of ice in the freezer at check in, which was a nice touch (because Europeans don’t seem to value ice as much as Americans …) We were there for a wedding at the castle up the hill. Previous guests have noted that it’s not walkable, which is correct. It’s an easy 8 minute drive up the mountain. From this house. The normal town of Assisi (not the ancient village on the hill) is an easy 10 minute drive with restaurants and a couple grocery stores. Driving in Italy eas easier than expected. Great hosts, would stay there again.

There were 10 of us staying in Simone’s villa and it was such a lovely place to relax. The outside area was huge with many different seating areas. The pool looking over the town below was stunning. Simone was really responsive to any questions we had and gave us suggestions for wine tours and taxis. The indoor kitchen is a little small but still has everything you need. We used the outdoor bbq and pizza oven much more as this was perfect for cooking outside in the sunshine. Thank you for a great stay!

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

An amazing hideaway in the hills! Takes you into holiday mode & switching off in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature & incredible views. So glad we booked & would love to go back again. Paulo, and family, were so helpful, kind & responsive. The area whilst quiet is very welcoming to tourists & we met many friendly people who would always help us out on our way. The house itself is stunning & huge. The bathrooms are dated but they work fine & everything functions as it should so it really isn’t a problem so don’t be put off by that. The linens are incredible & the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well equipped & house has an abundance of space and beautiful furniture to relax in, inside and out. Honestly the scenery outside was incredible & we spent every minute we could outside which is a shame only because the house was also beautiful. The pool was fabulous & it was hot enough that heating wasn’t needed.Didn’t use sauna or spa,needed longer! Miss it!

From the very first inquiry about the property Ken was so responsive and helpful in our decision making. He answered my millions of questions quite patiently, understanding that we were making the decision for an entire family with one holiday a year! We made the right decision without a doubt. Ken’s home and property is much more beautiful than even the pictures can describe. The view from the patio/pool is fabulous with lake Trasimeno in the distance. The olive groves, the grape vines, the landscape was incredible. The setting and the privacy cant be beat. Our group up of 11 loved it. The kids loved exploring the flora and fauna and spent a lot of time in the natural surroundings and the fabulous pool The huge table on the patio was so much fun to sit around with candlelight and wine feeling so blessed to be there. There is a large family table inside as well. It had everything we needed, the casetta was amazing as well. It was perfect and idyllic. We will be back soon!!

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

We loved our time here. We were greeted by Marco’s parents who didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate just fine. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful area & we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio every day. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable, plenty of kitchen equipment and lots of space. Marco’s parents were so kind and welcoming. The location is great for a home base in Tuscany with a car. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back. Thanks Marco & family for the hospitality!

Our stay in Paciano exceeded our expectations. The place is perfect, quiet and offers beautiful views of the valley and lake. The house is fully equipped, nothing to plan and our hosts were super available and provided good advice (thanks for the recipes). Amenities and shops 15 min drive. Ideally located between Rome, Florence, Pisa and Siena. No complaints, it was a very nice surprise, thanks to Maria Pia and Dante.

Manfredi was the best host possible! We truly enjoyed every second with our family. At first the location was difficult to find, but thanks to his excellent and rapid responses we could find the house easily! The house is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer beauty of the property and the surroundings. A must visit when in the region! Thank you Manfredi for this excellent stay!

Rosanna and Patrick are wonderful hosts and very friendly. The location of the house is fantastic, surrounded by greenery, totally quiet. The house is very well equipped, no unnecessary clutter. We loved the view from the kitchen window when we were preparing our food. The super well-maintained pool invites you to swim and linger! Many great places in Umbria, such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbia, Montone, Lake Trasimeno ... are quickly accessible, but also in Tuscany, such as Arrezzo, Cortona, ... you are the same. The recommendations of Rosanna or Patrick were always helpful. We are sure we will come back. Thanks again for the hospitality.

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

We stayed here for the last days of the year. We were greeted by the host, who was immediately friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, organized on three floors (the last one reachable with a slightly narrow spiral staircase), very spacious and welcoming. Equipped with 4 bathrooms, one with a hot tub and a small sauna, a living room, a laundry area, a study with a piano and a large kitchen overlooking the beautiful garden with pool. It was the ideal space to spend a few days in peace with friends and visit the nearby Tuscan villages. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.
