The location is secluded and quiet, conveying relaxation and peace even though it is only 1 km from the state road to Gubbio. The well-equipped kitchen to be able to cook and eat lake view in a thoughtful environment will be the setting for an unforgettable holiday. Dogs are welcome and stay for free.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
