Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during closed hours. Historic residence right in the heart of Assisi's old town, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The house features a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.
