Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perugia

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

To value this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense of the word. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

This apartment is a wonderful blend of the historic and contemporary. Assisi is a special place this home is well located high up in Assisi to enjoy. We would happily recommend this place to any traveller. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

we had a tremendous stay. the bed was very comfortable, very good shower, spacious living room, lots of eqioment for a stay and we made very good use of the garden furniture - a perfect private garden setting It's in a prime location, near the bus station and escalators for yhe historic centre. Good local restaurants and supermarkets. Andrea was very helpful. Definitely recommended - an Airbnb we'll return to!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The house is really nice, attention to detail and very welcoming: you immediately feel at ease. The owner is a lovely person, always kind, helpful and helpful, which made everything even more pleasant. The location is simply fantastic, within walking distance of the lake in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We were a group of six - including kids - who stayed at Francesco‘s apartment for three weeks. We enjoyed our stay immensely! The apartment had a lot of character, and the view is simply spectacular. Francesco was a wonderful host who put a lot of effort into making sure we felt comfortable. Sharing the home with him was no problem at all. The location is fantastic, and we were able to purchase groceries, coffee, and find delicious food very easily. Access to the mini metro also made it easy to get out of the old town. Take note, Perugia is a very hilly town, and Francesco‘s apartment is no exception. You will build up some good cardio conditioning going up and down the streets and stairs!

Beautiful place, warm and quiet! A peaceful place in the countryside but 25/30 min walk from Perugia. Please note, the arrival in the city is worth it, but the path allows you to have a very beautiful view of the city. Meinolf was lovely throughout our stay, very caring and really interesting! Perfect place to stay for peace quiet and nature. Beautiful apartment in the middle of the forest, perfect way to start the day on the patio surrounded by nature. Clean apartment with everything you need and more. Michele was so friendly and communicative, would definitely come back to stay.

Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Giuseppina has beautifully renovated her birthplace in typical Umbro style. There are several options, varying from the number of guests who wish to book. We had booked the so-called podere il limonaia ourselves. Perfect for a couple. Everything was there and when she heard that our children were coming to barbecue, suddenly there were more chairs, tables and even a long tablecloth in the garden. This is how it turned into a fun BBQ. The garden and lawn are well maintained with roses, lavender, rosemary, fragrant jasmine, olive trees and a walnut tree. The waste is neatly separated and a code opens the gate. A private car park within the grounds ensures you a safe place. You can walk or use the available bicycles to get to the fishing village of San Feliciano. There are several restaurants and a recommendation for breakfast in the morning or later for aperitifs at the lake and among the Italians is: el chiosco. The sunset is fantastic

Beautiful stay at Valentina's house, functional, clean, like being at home. Very kind host, parking in front of the house, which in Assisi is a miracle. Perfect house in every detail. Thank you for the opportunity to visit a place so full of history.

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

The directions are precise. Peripheral area, close to the minimetro that can be reached on foot but unfortunately at 8.45 pm the service stops. However, there are free car parks in the city that you can find on the internet. The house is beautiful and functional, the only flaw is the neighbours who went to bed late and woke up early, making us rest little, but this obviously does not depend on the host.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, we stayed for five days and felt at home. It is in an excellent location for reaching the main tourist sites. We appreciated the reserved parking space. Definitely recommended.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. The house was very nice and well furnished. Martina (the host) has been very proactive in providing us all the necessary furnitures for the baby (baby seat and coat) and other info to check in and moving around the area. Recommended!

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!
