Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

Grandma Jenny apartment is at minutes from the historical centre of Perugia and from the regional and interregional bus station. Restaurants, pizzerias, bars and supermarkets are at walking distance. Private garden and WiFi connection are available. For short stays (1-3 days), the apartment is comfortable for up to 4 people, using the sofa bed in the leaving room. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
