Beautiful house on an island with a 200-meter beach, soft sand, and complete infrastructure. A bright and welcoming house, with a full view of the sea. Our family, friends and guests describe the place as paradisiacal. There are 5 Suites with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, minibar, we have a small boat for transfers, other services will have the expense of diesel. Includes sailor and housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)

The apartment is independent of the house and its use is private. These are new and practical facilities, designed and decorated by an architect, with the necessary items for days of tranquility. We are well located and it is a short walk to the beaches and the historic center. It is a few meters to the Fort by the street that gives access to Pontal beach. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.
