Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Skåneleden (SL4) is just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north, take the wonderful beach promenade in Carl von Linné's footsteps towards the fishing community of Vik. It has a fantastic location by the water, is about 35 sqm and has an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with bunk bed and one living room with sofa bed. The cottage has a small patio and private parking. Close to fantastic nature and the sea. Canoe is available to borrow for those who wish.
