Open space on ground floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.
