Our fishing village in Svarte has a plot that goes all the way down to the beach by the Baltic Sea. On the large wooden deck you have access to a dining table for six people and under a rain-protected water roof there is a small sofa. Visit Black beach and swim from the jetty or eat something good at the cafe. By train from Svarte you will get to Ystad (4 min), Malmö (40 min) or Copenhagen( 60 min)

Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

With 10 minutes car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with large patio is rented out for 3 years. The residence is about 1 minute walk from the train station which is well connected to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and on to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs there is a cafe, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to buy for departure cleaning and this you book before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.

Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen. The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.
