Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 minutes walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm & Reunion shop/café. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice dining experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the area. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km to ICA, pharmacy, etc. Bed linens & towels are included. "Lilla Huset" is a private accommodation of 27 km2 with a large wooden deck. The house has a living room area, a dining area and a kitchen with an oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower and floor heating. The house is only 1 km from the coast and Valleberga viewpoint. The nearest beach is Löderupstrandbad. Backagården has a café nearby. Kåsebergahamn with restaurants and Ales stones are 2 kilometers away. It is close to Hagestad Nature Reserve with miles of sandy beaches, Daghammarskölds Backåkra and Glimmingehus.

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors.
