Fire station in Österlen

The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Mullbärsgården

Mullbärsgården är en vacker Skånelänga från 1800- talet. Varsamt renoverat senaste åren. I detta hus bor jag året runt, men hyr ut det några veckor på sommaren. I Skivarps by finns ett anrikt Gästgiveri på promenadavstånd. 4 km bort finns en av Skånes finaste stränder, Mossbystrand. På samma avstånd hittar man Abbekås med möjlighet till bryggbad och Bongska huset, restaurang, café och bageri. Hundar får följa med in.

Österlen - cozy house with wonderful garden

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen vacation. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and nice views. Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
