Perfect location by the sea

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Olas Trädgård

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård, ”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

Välkommen till en fridfull vistelse i min mysiga tvåa! Du bor i eget hus, mitt annex, med tillgång till egen uteplats. Framför huset finns ett grönområde, du vaknar till fågelkvitter varje morgon. Lugnt och trivsamt i återvändsgränd. Lägenheten består av allrum, pentry, möblerad korridor, sovrum med ett par sängar (de kan fästas ihop) på övervåningen. WC, duschrum, bastu, hall och tvättstuga på nedre våningen. Det finns en liten kyl, ett par kokplattor, mikrovågsugn och kaffekokare.

Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Intill bokskogen och milslånga skogsvägar utan biltrafik .6 km till Snogeholms strövområde och 2 km till Skåne leden. Insjöbadplats och båtuthyrning fiske 15 km . Ystads djurpark 6 km från stugan .20 km till Ystad och dess vita sandstränder. Ni har möjlighet att boka utespa /bastu på tomten mot en avgift ! Det finns en dansbana med tak samt ett naturrum belägen vid dammen att hyra , men måste meddelas innan , då vi har 2 stugor!

Welcome to Happy Dogs Ranch For our guest that are traveling with small children please refer to the guest safety section. The Nest is just 15sq meters but has a view that is unmeasurable. It is the perfect retreat for true animal lovers. Designed for two people, the Nest has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bed 140x200 and a view into the riding arena, where you can watch the activity. I think of it as our safari room.

Vackert strandnära boende i Rörum mellan Kivik och Simrishamn Bo rymligt med utsikt över äppellundarna och med cykelavstånd till Knäbäckshusens kritvita sandstränder. Stor och rymlig altan under tak med utemöbler och grill. Varsamt rustat hus med alla bekvämligheter samt tillgång till bastu i intilliggande byggnad. I trädgården finns även en nedgrävd studsmatta till barnen samt en lekställning med gungor och rutchkana.
