We have been coming to Tyrol for many years and Cristina's place was nicely located in a small town/village with a beautiful view over the mountains. The house is simple yet very well organised, no clutter and easy to maintain. We walked the Wolfsklamm from the front door and arrived back at the front door, which is fantastic. It is a 20 min drive to Erlebnis Therme Fugen which is a nice place to visit with kids. Overall the house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood and it feels quite private. The terrace is also a bonus when it is sunny and we saw deers on the field opposite the house. You feel secluded but you are 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. This was a perfect space for our family of 8. Plenty of room and walkable to downtown Oberammergau. We would definitely rent again in the future!

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

We had to tear ourselves away from this wonderful apartment, with balcony views of the mountains, super-comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for a lovely stay. We felt at home right away. Our hosts Faith and Josef were lovely and very helpful with recommendations, advice and local knowledge. The apartment is in a historic part of Garmisch Partenkirchen and very conveniently located for local shops, bakeries, restaurants etc (and just 15 minutes walk from the railway station) and the local guest card meant that we were able to use public transport which was great. I will really miss drinking my morning coffee or relaxing on the balcony in the evening looking at snow covered peaks! We hope to return and would definitely recommend the Kufer Bavarian Nest to anyone visiting the area!

The stay in the accommodation was pleasant all around! The apartment was clean and furnished with everything important - just like in the description. The location was quiet, with views of the mountains and ideal for hiking and trail tours. Robert was very friendly and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Magical stay in Alpbach – we’ll be back! We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful home in Alpbach. The house had everything we needed, and the option to order fresh homemade bread, cheese, and eggs from the farm every morning was such a treat. We completely fell in love with the Alpbachtal – there were countless hiking options and enough fun activities for the kids too. But the true highlight was Gitti, who helped making our stay special. She provided fantastic tips, shared local stories, and made sure we felt at home. We’re already thinking of our next visit – highly recommended!

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

We can only recommend the place! The apartment is really nice and the location perfect for excursions to the mountains.

Great place to stay, spacious. Comfortable beds, great sleeping. Balcony with afternoon sun. Perfectly designed ski room and a room with a boot dryer and glove. Anita was very kind, accommodating, she brought to our attention to everything that could have been about us. We don't speak German, but we were able to communicate and sort out what needed to be done.

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.

The facilities were nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!

What can I say - we just wanted to spend a few relaxing days and stumbled straight into a small oasis of well-being! The accommodation is so lovingly furnished that we briefly considered simply moving in. No joke: more beautiful than in the photos (and that rarely happens). We were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was sparkling clean, super cozy and easy to feel good. The location? Super, super quiet and idyllic and with hiking and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep – no need for excuses! Roberto and his partner are super warm hosts. Thank you very much - We really didn't miss anything (except maybe a few extra vacation days). :) We will definitely come back and would recommend the little cottage at any time!

A truly rustic wooden house. We felt super comfortable. Comfortable beds The children loved the "table tennis hall". Great location with mountain views. We have observed deer and hares. Only 10 minutes on foot to the village / grocery store / restaurant. I'd love to come back.
