The property is located in the center of Fulpmes - just a 3-minute drive to the Schlick 2000 valley station. The location of the accommodation is an excellent central starting point for different destinations and activities in the Stubai Valley. The center of the city of Innsbruck is about 18 km from Fulpmes. As a mountain enthusiast from Stubai, we are delighted to give you tips and recommendations for planning your leisure activities and thus enable a vacation according to your ideas.

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Unser Haus liegt etwa 2 km taleinwärts vom Ortszentrum Neustift, im Ortsteil Milders, in ruhiger und schöner Lage an einem Seitenweg. Es ist das ganze Jahr über bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar, und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Zu Fuß und mit Skiausrüstung erreichen Sie problemlos die Ski- und Linienbushaltestellen (kostenlose Skibusse) in etwa 300 m Entfernung. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, ein Sportgeschäft sowie Restaurants befinden sich nur rund 400 m entfernt.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and a very cosy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a toilet. Also: large terrace and a large garden that you can use. Private parking. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.
