You can therefore go in any direction for skiing, tobogganing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, and much more. A supermarket, bus stop, playground and a lake with recreation and hospitality are within walking distance. Upon request, the baker will come to the house. The city of Innsbruck and the airport are only 20 minutes away.

The house is therefore perfect for groups and families. Due to the central location, all important tourist facilities (restaurants, grocery store, swimming pool and sauna, bus stop, ski rental, etc.) are within a few minutes' walk.
