Really lovely lodge right by a private lake, excellent location for some beautiful walks. Had such a peaceful time relaxing.

We had a lovely week at Alpine Grove touring park. Clear communication from Keith. The space was very clean and had all facilities needed for our stay. Our toddler also really enjoyed the swimming pool! Would definitely stay again. Loved it

Just back from a lovely weekend away at Tom’s cabin. The cabin was in a great location, private, peaceful with beautiful wildlife surroundings. The hot tub was a real treat. Great communication from Tom during the weekend if needed, check in and out was a breeze. A perfect weekend for my wife’s 40th birthday celebrations.

The shepherds hut was a lovely peaceful place to stay, it came equipped with everything we needed & was the Perfect break needed. Hot tub was lovely and bonus for the hut having its own bathroom. Decorated lovely nice & clean & overall great place to stay. Many thanks!

We had a lovely 4 nights at the Wagon. The surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful, enhanced by the addition of the hot tub. The wagon itself was clean, well equipped and secure. Amenities were as described. The Hosts were very responsive and accommodating and even allowed us to check in early due to adverse weather conditions. The location is tucked anyway which is perfect for creating a peaceful environment and always has many different animals which you are able to see throughout your stay. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Dorset countryside which offers touching distance to the seaside.

The hut was beautiful and the hot tub a thankful addition. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The use of space in the hut is quirky and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed including some small essentials. The bed was really comfy and the bedding was lovely and fresh. The bathroom was really super clean and had towels and loo roll. The immediate surroundings were beautiful. I loved sitting on the decking with swans walking past and a gorgeous Goose family on the lake. Or chilling in the hot tub while the man fished. Plenty of pubs and restaurants around or Dominos Deliver! Very relaxing break.

We loved it , exactly what we needed for a few days . Getting away from our normally hectic work life . Nice and peaceful. we loved the privacy although your right next to the hosts home you’d never know . They’ve set out everything so you are very much in separate space . The hot tub is amazing, perfect for star gazing if you turn off the lights . On arrival Ann-Marie was so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know . Getting to meet the family pets was a bonus too . Honestly can’t recommend it enough. We both agreed we’d definitely return . If you’re looking for somewhere, chilled with beautiful views this is the one . Loved it thanks again .

We had a really relaxing stay at the cabin, it was just so peaceful, set just outside the village with some good walks. The cabin had everything we needed and more, and although the weather wasn't great for us, it was still relaxing to sit out on the porch. The Garden was totally secure for our dog, who had a great time exploring...it was also good to arrive somewhere with a dog and not have a list of dog behaviour rules!! We've just had a wonderful stay at the bungalow, which is set in a beautiful, quiet location with a private garden behind the owners house. The bungalow is well equipped with everything you need and Louise and Ian are excellent, responsive hosts (thanks for the scones). Beer and Seaton are both within easy walking distance, about 15 mins, on the coastal path. We did a great walk from the door passing through Beer to Branscombe, which has a fantastic pub called the Mason's Arms, and a working mill and a forge. All worth a visit. We then walked back along the cliff which offers some amazing views. The walk was about 10 miles in total with some steps and steep climbs, so you will need to be reasonably fit. We also visited Lyme Regis and Charmouth which is a brilliant location for fossil hunting. It really is a beautiful area which is well worth a visit.

I booked a weekend away for my son and daughter. They absolutely loved the place. Matched exactly what was expected, very clean. Debbie even put the heaters on before they arrived to make sure it was cosy for them. I’m going to pay it a visit myself soon and would highly recommend. Debbie was great to deal with too. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Stables. It was perfect for us and our dog with the fenced garden. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. There were clear and easy instructions to check in and out. Fay had left croissants and other bits for breakfast which were greatly received! Thank you very much!

Highly recommend! What an absolutely beautiful spot. Janine has really thought of everything you could need for your stay. She was so kind and welcoming and even did some extra special treats for our stay. I didn’t want to leave this beautiful spot and will most definitely be back! Completely enclosed and secure for my dog who loved all the space! Highly dog friendly apart from dogs not being allowed on the beds, this is not included on the advertisement but is worth knowing for people who want a truly complete dog friendly experience. Otherwise I couldn’t find a single fault and we absolutely loved our stay! Thank you Janine!

A great place to stay! Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful location and very peaceful. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing. Our host Carolyn was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Really couldn’t have asked for more!

We had a lovely relaxing stay based at Amy’s cabin. Her cabin was a great base to explore the Jurassic coast and also to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Amy was a great host and made us feel very welcome, my daughter also loved playing with her children when we arrived back to the cabin for the evening. Added bonus points for the very friendly pony and chickens. Would recommend this stay for anyone wanting to explore the area.

What a great place to stay, peaceful and so quiet with lovely views. The log cabin was fantastic, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything that we needed. This was a really great find and we will visit again. Thank you Sue!

Such a magical place to stay. It was even better than the photos. I loved the attention to detail and the feeling of staying in an enchanted little space. The bed was very comfy, good hot shower, thoughtful “just incase” items, and also the location being very central to town, but tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle. A lovely stay and would be great to stay again sometime.

We wanted a night away somewhere quiet and near a nice pub we could stroll too. We wanted to be snug and left alone. This was the perfect space a beautiful hut with everything you needed we slept so very well too. Lovely hosts and family.

Would 100% recommend staying here , myself and my partner loved it 😍 everything was as described and the views from the hot tub was amazing. Scott and Laura were great at responding to messages as well :). Would definitely stay here again

Just back from a magical honeymoon stay at The Hoot—absolutely fabulous….. even better than the photos. The energy is incredible: soul-soothing, serene, and full of love. Every detail has been thought of, with quirky decor and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy, and soaking in the outdoor tub during a rainstorm was amazing. Jan and Dunc are kind, thoughtful hosts who give you complete space to fully unwind. Can’t imagine anyone regretting a stay here and we will definitely return ✨🌿🛁

We had the most wonderful stay at the cabin. The cabin itself is light and airy, whilst cosy and comfortable. We came with our 8 month old and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The grounds were beautiful and we were able to use a good chunk of the garden. We felt very comfortable in the space and welcomed. The host Carolynn was absolutely fantastic. Great communication, gave us good recommendations and was just so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place!!

Perfect spot, very friendly and helpful host. The pristine lodge has everything you could need and is a brief walk to Mere. Also nice of Richard to stock basics for breakfast, nice coffee etc - wasn't expecting that. I'm sure I'll stay again as it's perfect for visiting my brother in Mere.

What an absolute delight 'Mum's Place' is! We had such a lovely weekend exploring the local areas of Glastonbury and Wells, and even found time to pop to Wookey Hole, which was also nearby. 'Mum's Place' was the ideal location to be able to venture out for the day, then provided us with the opportunity to hide ourselves away in it's cozy, little nook to relax, and watch the various wild life go about their business in the stream and orchard opposite. We were even lucky enough to see a Kingfisher a number of times - glorious! Lizzy and Kev have truly thought of everything - we were even left some yummy, homemade biscuits which were a delicious treat! Thank you for having us stay in your beautiful cabin - it really is a special place.

Our family weekend away was fantastic staying at this accommodation,located in the most beautiful village. The lodge is beautifully done very modern and spotlessly clean and just simply the prettiest place to be ,each view out of the windows is stunning. Would highly recommend great communication throughout ,a great location in the countryside but still close to restaurants,pubs and shops,we will definitely be returning here we didn’t want to leave .
