In a quiet tree lined street, the bedroom looks out over our quirky garden towards the sunset. A pleasant 10 minute walk to Frome town centre through Rodden Meadow and a 15 min walk to the station. Our ground floor bedroom has its own separate shower room with toilet. Use of our wood-fired sauna by arrangement. £10 Guests from all kinds of background are welcome including LGBT and naturist. The bedroom is on the ground floor, but there are steps to the front door and the hallway is small.

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Our 17th Century House is minutes from the M5.

You will breakfast in the original 1620 house but sleep in a stylish bedroom and have access to a private bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. 5 minutes from M5 junction 23, this village property has history, charm and excellent amenities. There is free, off road parking, a patio with seating and a large garden to relax in. Glastonbury 13 miles, Wells -18miles, Burnham-on-Sea - 8 miles. Ideal location for touring Somerset. The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. The bedrooms have large beds dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets, all with smart TVs, free wifi and a desk. The bathrooms are furnished with a cast iron bath and/or a monsoon shower with Egyptian cotton white fluffy towels.
