Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Ten kilometres to central Malmö. Two kilometres to the nearest shopping centre with a large supermarket, petrol station, shops and fast-food restaurants. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's beautiful beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). House in Tygelsjö, southwest of Malmö, close to Skanör/Falsterbo, Copenhagen and Malmö city center (300 meters to the bus). Here you are welcomed to a newly-renovated house with large social spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy patio with barbecue facilities and parking Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a total of 10 beds. 1 bathroom and 1 extra guest toilet. We rent for both days and weeks. For longer periods, the price can be discussed, always with flexibility. Smoking is not allowed.

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. The guest house has everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast Wi-Fi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect city for cycling and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to our home!

Accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen city center takes 28 minutes by train.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

There is outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. There are also chargers for electric cars that can be borrowed at a cost. Five minutes walking distance to both shop and pizzeria. 7 mins from the E6 freeway. About 1 mile to the nearest town, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
