The cottage is privately located, in our garden, in a quiet, ,-green-green area. 5 min from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern facilities in the bathroom and a cosy south-facing terrace. The cottage has heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
