The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

Vid behov av fler sängar finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
