The cottage is about 20 sqm with a small kitchenette (stove 2 burners and refrigerator with small freezer compartment) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, dining table, sofa and bunk bed with 120 cm down and an 80 cm bed up. The cottage is newly built and is located next to a private residence, has its own patio, with chairs and tables, parasol, drying rack and its own parking.

You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
