In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest area that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with a bunk bed 120*90 cm and a kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's restaurants but still in a quiet and somewhat secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two floors of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn all to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, but the stairs have no handrail. The kitchen has two hotplates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable for sleeping. NOTE: towels, sheets and cleaning are included!
