Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Boendet ligger 800 m från tågstation, tio minuters promenad från golfbana och 250 m från ICA-affär med generösa öppettider. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Här finns det masser med möjlighet till kortare eller längre utflykter i naturen, till exempel vandring, paddla kanot, bada i sjön eller cykla på dressiner. Avståndet till Helsingborg och Lund är bara 45 i bil, om man vill till staden på sightseeing. Denna destinationen passar familier med barn, ensam-äventyrar, par eller du som är på en längre resa, och behöver en enkelt övernatning på vägen.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
