In our house, the west school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest section that we are happy to rent to you. The guest part has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island of Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns yet in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (building year 2015) in my villa in central Lund I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor with separate entrance and patio door towards a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min h. Lund C. Parking space is available.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

Cozy home near Söderåsens National Park

The house is close to Söderåsens National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city on sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Good location between Helsingborg and Malmö. 6 km from E6an Landskrona south. 1 km to Asmundtorp, 3 km to Hælarps station with trains to Lund, Malmö, Landskrona, Helsingborg etc. Beautiful, fresh and comfortable accommodation. Lawn and patio outside its own entrance. Parking space and free wifi. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

Peaceful Flat with Backyard in Frederiksberg

A family home located on a safe and quiet side-street off Frederiksberg Allé, a 2min walk from the Metro Station. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Copenhagen, leafy and quiet yet with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
