great place for a larger group, you feel at home right away and the city is just down the hill!

The apartment extends over three floors. Entrance is at ground level with toilet and cloakroom; you go down a staircase to the spacious kitchen. Behind it is the bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a pull-out sofa and TV, behind it a spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe; in the attic, there is another double bed, a wardrobe and two armchairs and a small table. Nice. If you don't mind stairs, there is enough space for several people. The kitchen is divided into two parts: a dining area - even a high chair is available - and a work area - here is also a high table with two stools. Margarine, cheese and jam were ready in the fridge - very nice gesture. During our stay in June (at 30 degrees +) it was pleasantly cool here, as in the basement; in the attic it was quite warm. The communication was mainly done by an algorithm with detailed information from Hans. He answers individual questions personally. We were allowed to check out later, very accommodating. Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

We, with three couples, had a wonderful time in the house. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and out. Also that you could retreat for a while if you felt like it. The location of the house is also great. Could immediately walk beautifully (were there in June) and close to beautiful pictures or sights. Super friendly owners too. A small tip. Cleaning could really be better. Lamps thick layer of dust. The windows were very dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not always clean. Small things, but that was a pity. And the cupboards might be a little less full,😊 but this is personal But most importantly, it's an amazing house!! Recommended

We immediately felt comfortable in Johannes' very nice and cozy house. The area is very pretty, very suitable for hiking and within 20 minutes you can reach many interesting places by car. Johannes is an extremely nice and communicative host, who you can always reach quickly. We hope that we will come back soon, we would love to stay in Johannes' cozy house.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

My friend and I travelled to Dalibor's house in mid-June with our 2 dogs and felt very comfortable. The house is very quiet right on the edge of the forest, which was perfect for us for hiking because we could leave directly from the house. The whirlpool was also great, from where we enjoyed the view in the evening. Dalibor was a very nice host and always available. Communication worked perfectly, he was always available. All around, you had the feeling of being a guest of a friend. We definitely recommend the place!

Micheal is such a great man, he is responsive and very helpful. He has kept this apartment in a very neat & clean condition. Everything is new (cutlery, furniture, amenities). Perfect place to live. Easy accessible by Train Stations/ Trams … just 2 minutes of walk from nearest Tram station. Highly recommended 💯 👍 Review readers ! Don’t think just book it…perfect for a family stay. Maria’s place was perfect for a 4 night stay. Beautiful apartment close to everything. Public transport just a stones throw away. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Would highly recommend

We had an awesome time at Paul’s place. For one thing, both Paul and his cohost, Serge are great communicators— our check-in was a breeze and all instructions prior and during our stay were to the point and always helpful. The sun-filled apartment, overlooking the city and everything we needed. The hosts had even thought of finer details, such as toothbrushes, Q-tips and shaving cream. We enjoyed the neighborhood, its proximity to all sites within walking distance and equipped with fantastic public transport with metro only steps away and the city bus stop right at the door. Thank you Paul and Serge for hosting us.

Alexander was a great host, greeted us personally and gave us useful tips since day one. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and there's public transportation nearby. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended!

Eric is, as other reviews say, the perfect host. He received us personally and provided local recommendations. The place is very cozy and close to public transportation. The neighborhood is can also be explored on foot. One cannot go wrong with Eric's place.

Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. For questions from our side, Georg always tried to think along. If we also cooked there, we were allowed to use his extensive herb garden. On warm days of rest, we sat under the umbrella by the swimming pool.

Beautiful and peaceful area, evening walks were almost like meditation. Our interaction with the animals was amazing and the cats were really friendly. Marion and her family were super friendly and kind. They even gave my son a ride on the tractors! We highly recommend you visit and also buy fresh eggs and milk etc. from their store.

Cool place with a great view of the city and mountainous terrain!

Very lovely apartment, close to the river. The nearby metro made it easy to get into the city centre. The apartment had everything necessary close by (shop, ice cream place, bakery, pharmacy ect). Ideal location if you want to be close to the Danube!

Real nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just like fifteen minutes from the train station. From there, you’re in downtown Vienna in another 15, easy. So in the end, you are pretty close to the heart of Vienna, but far enough from the noise and hustle. I totally recommend checking out Mödling - real charming little town with a lot to offer. The apartment itself super clean, spacious, and really well equipped. No complains. If it’s available next time, I’d definitely be happy to rent it again.

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.
