Super cute little apartment, ideal alone or for 2 and decorated with great taste! You feel very good as soon as you enter and Patricia's welcome is super warm. Small detail but the bathroom could be refreshed but is quite functional. Great location to be quiet at the gates while being next to the center with small restaurants, shops and markets. We really recommend this nice little apartment!

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

Everything was perfect. Sylvie is very kind with a very warm welcome. For your information, brioche, fruit juice, tea or infusion, coffee, sugar are at our disposal, convenient for the 1st day. We'll be happy to go back.

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

Studio faithful to the photos, well furnished and has everything you need to spend a few days there. It is close to the centre of La Flotte, which is a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the centre of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

Maryse is a very nice and available host and she is also very accommodating for the arrival and departure when it is possible! The apartment is ideally located, we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus, we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very eager to return to La Rochelle in this very beautiful property, tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

A gem of a place! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location but within walking distance from the port and local shops.

2nd stay in this residence, but changing apartments this time, even arriving late no worries to find, and being able to park right in front is clearly a plus with luggage!! The apartment is great, well decorated, the bed super comfortable We had a problem with the pool and the problem was solved in the hours that followed, we will come back without problem for a future stay!!!
