We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is only a few metres from the house! You will also enjoy a beautiful sea view from the living room and the terrace. The city centre is close by, only 5 minutes' walk away. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, the exteriors carefully designed with a landscaper.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.
