Family-friendly holiday rentals in Loix

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Antoine's house. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests: the house is very well equipped, decorated with great taste and extremely clean. The location is ideal, close to everything while remaining quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden is a real little piece of paradise, ideal for convivial family moments around the plancha, or to relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day. A big thank you to Antoine, who is adorable, very available and accommodating: he is an exemplary host, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Warm welcome, perfectly equipped cottage and the swimming area is not disappointing!!! I highly recommend Serge and Pat's cottage!! We had a great weekend!

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I would recommend it.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We had a great stay in this apartment for a wedding in the area. The location is perfect, very central, which allowed us to do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean, well furnished and very pleasant to live in. Ideal for enjoying the island! Thanks again for hosting us! We'll be back:)

Christophe is a charming and very hospitable and friendly host. Welcome drink was on the table upon arrival, very nice! He is very attentive and has good tips for the area. Also responds directly to any question you ask. It is a very nice place to stay and to explore the neighborhood: the beach is beautiful and the sea too! We were able to park the car in the driveway, but there is also a garage. The backyard is completely private and fully fenced, ideal for a dog. We thought the electric shutters for all the windows in the house were a plus: so you can really sleep in the dark. After a nice holiday week, we unfortunately had to go home again :)

A more than perfect rental for a family stay. Ideally located accommodation, close to the sea, in a quiet area with a garage and a very nice private parking space. House very well organised and equipped for a large family and very clean. Marie and Emmanuel offered us to arrive earlier than expected. We just met Marie, a very friendly host, these many tips were very useful to us. We will return with great pleasure!

Nice family house with a big garden, we and our dog loved it. The patio and terrace are relaxing. The open kitchen is large and well equipped, the sitting area is comfortable and spacious. The house is very close to the village center, easy access to the beach and local restaurants. There’s a market twice a week, and local grocery stores. We rented bicycles just around the corner and did not need the car at all. All in all we had an excellent and very relaxing stay :)

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the centre of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we will come back with great pleasure! thank you Brigitte for the welcome and your trust.

Fantastic modern villa. Great kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space. Accessible to shops, restaurants and a fantastic market. Also very close to the beach We stayed as a family of eight and would love to return sometime in the future. The host Caroline and concierge Romain are super helpful and responsive. We loved Ile de Re - it is so beautiful.

Beautiful house, typically Retaise as described in the listing. Spacious for 8 people. The garden is just beautiful, with heated pool. Everything is planned for a great stay. In addition, is very well located, between Le Bois, La Couarde and Saint Martin. Catherine is very responsive when you ask her for anything. We'll be happy to go back.

Clean and well-located studio, very good bed, nice little balcony for breakfasts, I used the pool, sauna and steam room with satisfaction. We are barely 10 minutes from the port of St Martin de Ré, we will be happy to come back, thank you Jacky for your welcome and Pascal for his accommodation

Great stay at Chris's in Loix! Very nice and functional house, a quality exterior. Ideally located for cycling around the island. Loix is a very pretty village away from major sights. Our host was very responsive in answering our questions. Recommended

The studio offered by Nathalie and Philippe is located in a private residence that looks like a small town in the city. Pleasant accommodation partly for its ceiling height that gives an impression of grandeur, a beautiful terrace with good exposure where it is pleasant to relax and also the location of the accommodation 5 minutes walk from the port of La Flotte is very appreciable. Comfortable bedding, everything a couple needs is available. The heated pool is a real plus after a good day of cycling.

We have very good memories of our time (5 nights) in this comfortable accommodation! Françoise received us warmly and hospitably. The facilities were excellent and everything was in accordance with the photos and the description. The studio was taken care of with a lot of love and attention to detail. The use of the swimming pool was particularly welcome! (the outside temperature was 30 degrees.) We also made grateful use of the bicycles. We have had a nice time!
