House of approximately 60 m2 of living space, comprising: An entrance, a living room with open kitchen, a shower room, separate toilet, a first bedroom with queen-size bed (160 X 200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 X 190). Outdoor terrace of approximately 38 m2. Sheets are not provided but it is possible to rent bath towel/sheet kits: €20/person for the duration of the stay. Or only sheets: €15/person for the duration of the stay.

This small 50 m² house plus a 20 m² patio offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom, an equipped US kitchen and a living room. Neither sheets nor towels are provided / This nice house of 50sqm has a terrace of 20sqm, two bedrooms, the first bedroom has one double bed and the second has two beds one double and one single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. If needed, a crib can be requested.

C'est une maison très agréable. Elle est traversante et le jardin est présent dans chaque pièce. La grande cuisine donne sur un petit jardin et son olivier, le salon sur un autre jardin et sa terrasse en bois. La chambre, très calme, donne sur la terrasse. Une 2ème chambre dans le jardin, indépendante, et avec un lavabo, peut accueillir 2 personnes, avec un supplément de 10€ par personne et par jour. Classement 3 étoiles pour 4 personnes.

Our small townhouse (a former wine cellar that has become a duplex of 70 m2 in total) is conveniently located in the heart of the most charming village of Ile de Ré. This rental is reserved for guests over 25 years old. After two years of renovation, this house is available for rent. The goal? To offer comfort and functionality in an optimized space. Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
