It is ideally located in a small residence with swimming pool, in the typical village of La Couarde-sur-Mer, a 3-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Ile de Ré (250 m), close to the market and shops. A small terrace allows you to eat outside. A private outdoor parking space is reserved for the occupants of the apartment, as well as a common bike storage room.
