Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lit-et-Mixe

Great! That's the only word that comes to mind. The owners have created a place where you feel as good or better as at home. The focus is on quality (appliances, dishes, bedding...) and good taste. The garden is fantastic and we were able to bring our 4 dogs to this totally secure space, even for runaways (a great relief of mind). House ideally located not far from amenities. The road that passes nearby is very discreet thanks to the positioning and layout of the garden. Friendly welcome and discreet stay but always available, the ideal hosts for us. In short, an ideal base for a successful stay in the moors. A big thank you to Nathalie for creating this place.

A beautiful quiet, spacious, pleasant and beautifully decorated house. We feel at home and the photos speak for themselves! The terrace is very well furnished and the garden lovely. The ocean and shops are next door, everything is on foot. Nathalie is always available, pleasant and responsive. A beautiful place!

We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

We totally enjoyed the stay, a quiet and totally recommended place to disconnect from everything, without a doubt an experience to repeat. In addition, Jocelyne and Jean-Luc were very friendly at all times and made our stay more comfortable.

The house is beautifully decorated and equipped, very spacious and bright, has a huge garden and is wonderfully quiet between fields and forests. Contis - with its great beach and small town center for strolling and many nice restaurants - is easily reached in about 15 minutes by car, or also by bicycle, via mostly quiet paths, along small towns. The house is ideal for families with children, for relaxing, hiking, cycling and much more. Bayonne and Bordeaux - and also other beautiful cities - are easily reached in a day trip. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation at Gudi and Stéphane's house ☺️

We had a pleasant stay at Catherine's. The location is ideal, the apartment well equipped and there is everything you need for a small child. I recommend it!

We stayed at Florian's for a family holiday. The size of the house as well as its terraces were very pleasant for the group of people that we were. We enjoyed the large outdoor table as well as the 2 barbecues available. The kitchen is a great place for collective living! The location of the house is very convenient because it is close to the beach and the city centre by bike but not on foot. The only point we liked the least is the location of the house because it is in a cluster of houses and close to the neighbours. Each room has a bathroom and this is very appreciable. We liked the choice of two rooms with a double bed and the other two with single beds.

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation offered by Baptiste and Stéphanie. We had taken the accommodation as part of the Velodyssee. For cyclists, to fork from the arrival point that is on the velodyssee and arrive at the accommodation, follow the car road so you don't find yourself entangled in the sands of the forest area (we were fooled). Thanks to our hosts!:)

A cozy nest... very well located. In the center of Mimizan beach. 5-minute walk to the central beach. All shops, restaurants, and other stores nearby. the top for a good relaxing time. I recommend it and I will come back.

Very pleasant and functional accommodation. Well placed to do everything on foot or by bike. We were there in May and the environment was very quiet. The small terrace is very nice!

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

My family and I came all the way from Hawaii and had a wonderful stay!! Evelyne and everyone were so kind and so helpful! Only bummer of the stay is that we didn't stay for longer! We can't wait to visit again!

We spent a very short stay at Marc's but the accommodation is as described, everything is impeccable and available for a good stay! Marc is very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is located in the heart of the centre so a little noisy as a result, but it is logical given the location. We will remember the address for a future visit to this region.

The proximity of the sea as well as the forest is a plus for those who, like us, take their dog everywhere on holiday. Shops are about 500 m from the apartment. Good location in every way. The host is available and responsive

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is spacious and well laid out and equipped. The bedding is good quality, just like the very clean accommodation. Its location is ideal close to the market, beaches and supermarket. It is also close to restaurants and cafes; but far enough away not to be bothered by the noise, or the smell of food. Eloïse is very kind, available and accommodating. I would highly recommend it

Laurents place was so homey and had everything we needed. We loved the large balcony overlooking the pool and its well within walking distance to the beautiful beach. We loved it so much we extended our stay by a day!
