Within the complex, there is a swimming pool, golf course and driving range on the lake, as well as parking. Renovated in 2024, it comprises a main room, a 160-cm sofa bed, an alcove with bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The joinery was replaced in 2026. Ideal location, in the heart of several hectares surrounded by gardens, a lake and the golf course of Chiberta.

Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
