In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Maison Alba in Lit-et-Mixe

We welcome you to our new house, full of charm in the heart of a half-timbered residential area. You will be close to the moorland forest and its bike paths (which pass right in front of our neighborhood) which will also take you directly to the beach of Cap de l 'Homy. By car the beaches (Contis and Cap de l 'Homy) are only about ten minutes away. In addition, the house is in the heart of Bed and Mixe. This home is ideal for holidays for families or with friends.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Discover our charming apartment ideally located between Bordeaux (2 hours) and Biarritz (1.5 hours). 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and 5 minutes from Landes Forest, it is perfect for stays all year round. While summer attracts surfers and families, fall and winter offer peaceful getaways with forest walks, quiet beaches, remote work. Enjoy cycling, bird watching or cozy evenings after exploring the rugged beauty of the Landes coast

Studio for 2 to 4 people

Independent studio of 40m2 composed of a living room with integrated kitchen and sofa bed plus a separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with wc. The studio is next to my main house (shared garden and pool). It is located in a quiet area. Possibility also to use the outdoor kitchen with plancha and the swimming pool. 10 minute walk from the village center and 7 km from the beaches. Ideal to unwind.

Charming very well-equipped T2 in the heart of Lit-et-Mixe, ideal for 3 people, possibility 5 people with 3 beds (separate bedroom (2pers +1 pers bed on the mezzanine), sofa bed). Located on the 1st floor of a small residence, away from the main street, it has a balcony and free parking. Close to the ocean, shops and bike paths, this is the perfect place for a relaxing stay!

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a raw wood work located at the exit of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.

We are located at 1,5 km from the beach, you can ride with our bikes we can lend to you. The house is in a quiet and residential area near pinewood. We are in border of the cycle path, in front of the tennis club. Your studio is fully equipped with all confort. On option the spa and swimming pool are accessible.
