Beachfront holiday rental in Lit-et-Mixe

We felt right at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. Completely equipped, we didn't need anything. The area is very quiet and well connected. The place is very cozy. For two or even three people it's perfect. There are two free parkings with several squares next to the house. The beach is a couple minutes walk away. Stéphane has been very friendly from the first moment. Even if we didn't speak the same language, we understood each other well. He is very friendly and attentive. He left us a welcome touch, which is highly valued. If we come back to the area in the future, we're clear on where to stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The house is very well located, access to the beach is a 5 min walk. The house was extremely clean and we did not lack anything.

The small house is really ideal, well thought out and well equipped, about a hundred meters from the beach. The terrace is great. Agathe is a very friendly and welcoming host, responsive. The short guide and small gastronomic touches are a plus.

We had a wonderful time in Stéphanie's cottage. The place is great, everything you need is available. We have not seen the beach and the sunsets so beautifully in Europe. The communication and hospitality could not be better We fell in love and will definitely be back :)

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

We had a very nice stay, the accommodation is clean, the residence is quiet and well located: beach easily accessible and full of pretty villages to visit nearby!

A very pleasant weekend in a comfortable house and true to the photos . The setting is superb: a view of the woods and in the distance the Basque mountains.

It was only for one night, we needed flexible schedules and it was perfect.

We had a great time in Avignon! Everything was as described, close to the beach, everything was great and very functional! The hot tub after surf session was very nice hahaa Host super responsive to messages, it was great. Go without a second thought! I would highly recommend:)

We stayed at the apartment in October for just over a week. The location is great, at the end of a dead end and only a few meters from the beach. Patricia explained everything to us well, the check-in was totally uncomplicated and she recommended good restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Especially the kitchen was well-equipped. In the fall there was not much going on in Mimizan, we had a super relaxing time.

When you walked in you could tell this was a host that cared about the customer experience. From the decor to the equipment everything had an attention to detail that made it feel very much like home. Close (30m) to the beach, and walking distance to bars and restaurants, but quiet with a private terrace and garden. We (two couples & two dogs) stayed 5 nights. The place sleeps 6 and would be comfortable doing so. The kitchen is very well equipped and we self catered for most of the meals whilst there. The weather was 'mixed' but the rear covered terrace and private garden even made the rainy hours enjoyable. Directly behind the dunes and beach on a one way street, there was parking outside the house. Great decor that suited the environment with a designer flair. Overall a great stay with responsive, helpful hosts. Needless to say we plan to return although looking at future availability we'll be lucky to find a spot!

We had a great time with Jean-Louis and his wife, the house is consistent with the photos and very pleasant to live in. The outdoor space is a real "plus", the lake and Estagnots beach are very close on foot, and there are several activities and restaurants nearby. Great location with your feet in the sand facing the ocean! Impeccable, well-equipped and very functional house... it feels like home. Marie-Sophie is super responsive, smiling and accommodating. What happiness we hope to return soon

On vacation with the family, we had a wonderful week at the Greenbush. The accommodation is large and spacious, enough to live for about ten people comfortably. The rooms are spacious, and a good distance from the living area. The 2 bathrooms were a real blessing, as was the laundry room. The kitchen is very well equipped, the dishes are more than enough. Lunch on the terrace was a real pleasure, with the plancha available for convivial moments. The garden is well partitioned, ideal for avoiding pet cavales. Regarding the nearby environment, it is extremely quiet (road with little traffic). You can hear the ocean waves from the home. There are many activities to do around (bike, e-scooter, surf, ocean, spa). A few words about the host: Carine was lovely, very available and responsive. A place that keeps all its promises!
