You will be a short walk from the Landes forest and its bike paths (which pass right in front of our neighborhood), which will also take you directly to Cap de l'Homy beach. By car the beaches (Contis and Cap de l'Homy) are only about ten minutes away. In addition, the house is in the heart of Lit et Mixe. This accommodation is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Come and relax in this new wooden house, located 4 km from the ocean. It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve. The house is very lovingly furnished mainly with antique furniture from the region. A fully equipped kitchen with a view of the edge of the forest makes cooking together at sunset a pleasure. The open fireplace ensures romantic evenings. On cool autumn and winter days, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and coziness.
