In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

You will be close to the moorland forest and its bike paths (which pass right in front of our neighborhood) which will also take you directly to the beach of Cap de l 'Homy. Independent studio of 40m2 composed of a living room with integrated kitchen and sofa bed plus a separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with wc. The studio is next to my main house (shared garden and pool). It is located in a quiet area. Possibility also to use the outdoor kitchen with plancha and the swimming pool. 10 minute walk from the village center and 7 km from the beaches. Ideal to unwind.
