This spacious house was renovated to a high standard in winter21/22 and is fully furnished with high quality furniture, beds, and accessories including a Weber charcoal BBQ, Forge Adour hot plate BBQ, heated pool table soccer, ping-pong table, and a spa. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood only 1km from the centre of Vieux Boucau and the beach.

Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.
