Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Wonderful place to stay. Brand new, with all the details you may need for your stay. In the heart of Malasaña, yet an oasis of tranquility. Surrounded by supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants... next to the Gran Vía. Super easy check-in process and Paola has always been there to answer our questions. I recommend it 100%. I'll be back!

Victor and his wife Liubiam are excellent hosts. The accommodation is located in a very funeral area of Madrid. To see the main monuments and attractions of the city, I only walked. Close to Atocha railway station, you can reach various places of interest in the area by train. Excellent cleanliness. The kitchen is larger than it appears in the photographs. I would definitely go back.

Richard is an excellent host and was flexible with an early check in and met us at the apartment to show us around. A variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Richard left a nice small gift which was greatly appreciated. We used the local free bus routes 001 & 002 which start within walking distance from this apartment. They help you get around

The apartment was wonderful - comfy space and had everything we needed for our stay. Host responded promptly and always ready to help with any questions arise (thank you for the flea market recommendation!). The surrounding area was great too, absolutely loved the coffee and bakery down the stretch.

This was a great base for our month-long stay. Joana was a great host. Communication with her was clear and easy and she was helpful answering our questions. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. There was plenty of storage space for us to unpack and put our suitcases away. The location is very convenient with the metro stop, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants closeby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this Airbnb.

Fantastic stay! Having an elevator straight to the room was special! We came for a wedding so we had lots of clothes and good thing there was two big closets and plenty of hangers! Bathroom was perfect, shower had great pressure! Great view from out of the balcony and soo much to do and see in the Lavapiés area! Highly recommend! Great place for solo or two people! Thank you for a wonderful stay and being so communicative.

The apartment is very good, very modern and very intimate, the only drawback is that it's too modern... Duke is an excellent host.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. Couldn't find something more authentic and reasonable in cost than this! Location is perfect, close to everything: big grocery shop, bars, historical places, metro station (if you need to go outside of the center), Prado. The building itself is very interesting. The windows of our place looked to the courtyard, not to the street. The apartment was less spacious than it seemed on the pictures, but still was very cosy and clean, we found everything we needed there. The only strange thing was when the cleaning guy opened the door with his key at 9 am, although the check out time was 10:00 am.

Our stay was wonderful! The space was ideal for us! It was super clean and organized. With all amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly! I loved the neighborhood. I can't wait to go back!!!

We had a great time at this apartment. We were a party of three and the place felt very spacious and everything we needed. It was in a great location, within walking distance of plenty of Madrid’s tourist attractions, markets, restaurants, bars & cafes and only 5 minutes walk from a metro station. The apartment is on the third floor of a building on a car-free street so very quiet and the lift was a welcome feature. Gisela made checking in very easy and was very accommodating with our early arrival in Madrid. We had a fabulous time in Madrid and the apartment met our expectations and was perfect for our needs.

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

Overall, great apartment very nice to stay. The area is really nice and very close to ammenities, restaurants and central station Atocha. Marta responds really quick, eager to help in any question. My only feedback is perhaps making sure flat has enough listed supplies before a guest arrive (no oil, no coffee, no salt, few soap leaft). The other comment is not fault of the flat but just to be mindful this is in a busy area some neighbours are not very quiet at night.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives you great peace of mind and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outside view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and I'd love to come back. I have no complaints, on the contrary!

Laura is by far the friendliest and most helpful host I've ever met on Airbnb, and that kindness is reflected in the small details in the apartment that make the stay very pleasant. Very attentive to the guest, always offering useful recommendations to make the stay pleasant, he was constantly available to help or simply offer tips about the area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of several days, and it is very well located. Two blocks from the building are the main metro lines and it is very easy to walk to emblematic places such as La Almudena, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or Sol. The apartment is small, but very comfortable. Laura has made the most of the space. The internet connection is excellent, in case you need to work and require good bandwidth.

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long stays for a couple.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Ideally located, this accommodation allowed us to do all our visits on foot. Paola responded to all our questions with responsiveness.
