NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Alquilamos este apartamento que fue nuestro hogar durante mucho tiempo hasta que la tribu creció, lo hemos cuidado con mimo siempre, es un oasis en plena ciudad, con vistas al jardín Botánico de Madrid, los atardeceres son un regalo. A unos pasos del Retiro, auténtico pulmón de la ciudad, de la estación Atocha (AVE, Cercanías Metro)y de los mejores museos :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... El apartamento tiene: salón comedor amplio con sofá cama, cocina semi integrada, dormitorio y cuarto de baño.

My comfortable apartment in central Madrid is on a fairly quiet street, shopping & art museums are close. Good for couples, friends/small family and conveniently located for walking the city. Small, quiet and cosy studio, next to the main house. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to the Basilica of Atocha, the Prado Museum, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station and the Airport Express Bus. Unique space located under the entrance portal. Only for one person. Low door with two small windows facing a portal. Does not receive much natural light from the patio. Delighted to receive people from all over the world.
