It is fully equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, bedding and towels; everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or work stays looking for a cozy and well-connected space in the heart of downtown. Check-out: before 11:00 am. Parties, events and smoking are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed in. Please respect the neighbours and take care of the apartment as if it were your home. Important notice Repair works are currently being carried out in apartment 1, left, of the building. The works are scheduled to run until 14 August and may generate the usual construction site noise during working hours, approximately from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, in accordance with the times permitted by current regulations. This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
