En la cocina tendrás a tu disposición un kit de bienvenida compuesto por: 1 bote de lavavajillas de 30ml, 1 estropajo, 1 bayeta multiusos y 1 bolsa de basura. IMPORTANTE: POR MOTIVOS DE HIGIENE, NO DEJAMOS NINGÚN PRODUCTO DE ALIMENTACIÓN: NO HAY ACEITE, NI SAL, NI VINAGRE, NI AZUCAR. TAMPOCO CAFÉ O TÉ. También dispone de microondas, tostadora, cafetera, lavadora, secador de pelo, calefacción y aire acondicionado. Para su comodidad, hay un paraguas disponible en el piso por si llueve durante su estancia. -Durante el día, el salón es el lugar ideal para relajarte y disfrutar de la compañía, y por la noche, el sofá se convierte en una amplia y cómoda cama doble donde podrás descansar plácidamente. El acceso al apartamento está libre de barreras arquitectónicas (sin escalones) y se realiza directamente desde la calle. A su llegada, se le facilitará un código de acceso que le permitirá abrir la puerta de entrada. Se distribuye en un hall de entrada, salón con cocina americana, dormitorio en el que se encuentra la cama de matrimonio (1,40x2,00) con ropa de cama y baño completo con ducha. Está completamente equipado, con los servicios principales de cocina con lavavajillas, frigo, cafetera italiana, aire acondicionado, plancha, baño equipado con toallas, secador y gel, así como televisión y Wifi (fibra 600 mb) cuyo funcionamiento se detalla una vez realizada la reserva. No tiene detector de monóxido de carbono al no ser necesario, pues los servicios de calefacción y cocina son eléctricos. Existe la posibilidad de dotar el apartamento con trona o cuna de viaje si el huésped lo necesita, pero es imprescindible que lo avise mediante mensaje de Airbnb una vez realizada la reserva. Si necesita algún servicio adicional a los expuestos en el anuncio, no dude en solicitarlo por si está en nuestra mano poder facilitárselo o ayudarle a conseguirlo. El apartamento está completamente a disposición del huésped y se puede hacer uso de todos los elementos descritos en la web., pero no se puede acceder a zonas comunes del edificio, tales como patios interiores, azotea o permanecer en los rellanos de las escaleras. El acceso se puede realizar sin necesidad de que haya una persona esperando para abrirles, pues al ser un acceso independiente desde la calle y contar con un cajetín de seguridad con clave a la entrada se puede acceder libremente una vez se facilite el código de acceso. Se proporciona un juego de llaves de la puerta dentro del cajetín de la entrada al apartamento. En caso de pérdida, se cobrará un suplemento de 35 € para hacer una copia de reemplazo. El apartamento dispone de internet (fibra de 600 mb) y televisión con puerto de USB, por si desea traerse sus propias películas, así como la TDT con los canales convencionales en español y SMARTV. Por respeto a otros huéspedes no se permiten fiestas ni fumar en el interior del apartamento.

I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
