Welcome to our exclusive apartment located in the heart of Chamberí, where the essence of minimalist luxury awaits you! Features enjoyed by my guests: -Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees you maximum privacy , comfort and independence. With meticulous design and a clear commitment to minimalist elegance, this apartment will captivate you. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer you a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living room, a bar with high stools and a nice glass window bathes the space with warm natural light. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: -During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The bathroom has double access from the bedroom and the living room, allowing its independent use. In the bedroom, dreamy nights await you thanks to the comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and the careful design will transport you to the experience of a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Se incluye la posibilidad de aparcar un vehículo en un aparcamiento privado ubicado al lado del apartamento. Se trata de un piso equipado con el menaje básico necesario. El acceso al apartamento está libre de barreras arquitectónicas (sin escalones) y se realiza directamente desde la calle. A su llegada, se le facilitará un código de acceso que le permitirá abrir la puerta de entrada. Se distribuye en un hall de entrada, salón con cocina americana, dormitorio en el que se encuentra la cama de matrimonio (1,40x2,00) con ropa de cama y baño completo con ducha. Está completamente equipado, con los servicios principales de cocina con lavavajillas, frigo, cafetera italiana, aire acondicionado, plancha, baño equipado con toallas, secador y gel, así como televisión y Wifi (fibra 600 mb) cuyo funcionamiento se detalla una vez realizada la reserva. No tiene detector de monóxido de carbono al no ser necesario, pues los servicios de calefacción y cocina son eléctricos. Existe la posibilidad de dotar el apartamento con trona o cuna de viaje si el huésped lo necesita, pero es imprescindible que lo avise mediante mensaje de Airbnb una vez realizada la reserva. Si necesita algún servicio adicional a los expuestos en el anuncio, no dude en solicitarlo por si está en nuestra mano poder facilitárselo o ayudarle a conseguirlo. El apartamento está completamente a disposición del huésped y se puede hacer uso de todos los elementos descritos en la web., pero no se puede acceder a zonas comunes del edificio, tales como patios interiores, azotea o permanecer en los rellanos de las escaleras. El acceso se puede realizar sin necesidad de que haya una persona esperando para abrirles, pues al ser un acceso independiente desde la calle y contar con un cajetín de seguridad con clave a la entrada se puede acceder libremente una vez se facilite el código de acceso. Se proporciona un juego de llaves de la puerta dentro del cajetín de la entrada al apartamento. En caso de pérdida, se cobrará un suplemento de 35 € para hacer una copia de reemplazo. El apartamento dispone de internet (fibra de 600 mb) y televisión con puerto de USB, por si desea traerse sus propias películas, así como la TDT con los canales convencionales en español y SMARTV. Por respeto a otros huéspedes no se permiten fiestas ni fumar en el interior del apartamento.

Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen, thus generating an incredible feeling of spaciousness and light, and has a large and comfortable double sofa bed that allows for a more flexible distribution in the use of beds by the occupants.

This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
