It consists of a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces (both with sea views) full bathroom, relaxation area and a very large bedroom with integrated bathtub and incredible ocean views. Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

The best views of Ronda just a short walk away from the city. La Marabulla is an 85,000 m2 estate surrounded by palm trees, holm oaks, and olive trees, located just 1.5 km from the city's old town.
