2º Right CALDERERÍA In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic buildings and listed as historical, this apartment located on the second floor. Located on the second floor. Calle Sacristía de Sta. Escolástica. It has a large and elegant space where you can relax after an intense day. With a very quiet inner bedroom, it is located near anywhere in the center, in one of the most famous and appreciated neighborhoods of Granada. It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for four people. American kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. In a separate room we find a bedroom of good dimensions and a quiet stay. A bathroom with a shower located in a suit in this bedroom. The bed is 150 x 200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

Savanna Beach Amazing apartment with jacuzzi

Wake up to the waves of the sea and the best sunrise you can dream of. Lie on the Balinese bed while gazing at the endless sea or immerse yourself in the heated jacuzzi while enjoying a glass of cava. There is a beanbag area that is ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You'll be able to watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the sofa. The white natural linen sofa converts into a large bed measuring 160x200. The Wi-Fi is high-speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. It has an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, juicer, etc. Ideal for families, couples and travellers looking to enjoy the beach, the cuisine and the Mediterranean lifestyle.
