Holiday rentals with a patio in Spain

Brilliant stay and great location, we was visiting family and will be booking again.

Anastasiia’s place is super central & there is a huge supermarket nearby. What made her place different from other airbnb’s i’ve been are the welcoming gestures.. from croissants (where we were so hungry from our travels!) and simple but important things like a bottle of water etc. Her place has been delightfully designed & it was so central that we saw the Easter procession outside of our window! Bed was super comfy too ♥️ Thank you so much for having us Anastasiia! 🌟

The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need. Particularly noteworthy are the great terraces. The communication with the host in the Reserva de Marbella was outstanding: very friendly, helpful and responsive to all messages. The check-in was very quick and easy. Without a car, the location is very difficult as many things are easily accessible only by car.

Great apartment for our long weekend stay. Michael was the perfect host. Best equipped home I’ve ever rented. Michael really does provide everything you could need. Lovely apartment - would definitely return.

Loved our stay in this apartment, we felt at home here and had everything we would need. Nico always responded quickly and stepped in to sort out a pament issue for us when changing the dates of the stay. The area round the apartment had an amazing choice of where to eat and drink. We would not hesitate to book again.

The accommodation is very nice, good area and the host is friendly. The cleanliness is perfect everything was impeccable. The only thing that stands out a little looser are the beds that are somewhat uncomfortable. Everything else is perfect. 100% recommended.

The stay was great, I went with the family to spend a couple of days at Warner Bros and we decided on this accommodation, it looked fantastic in the ad and it was. Everything was impeccable and very cozy, not a single detail was missing, the host was very attentive and helpful at all times. We'll definitely be back, 100% recommended.

The house have a great atmosphere. You're right in vacation mode. There are three different seating options where you can enjoy the sun right by the house. The facility around it is very nice and well maintained. We liked the location. It is relaxed / quiet and not far away from everything you want to see. Great place to stay on our tour of Andalucía. Very nice personal welcome. I would be happy to come back.

Ideal place to stay for a couple with the stove

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

We loved our stay in Marbella. It was very peaceful on top of the hill overlooking the ocean. The town was just a few minutes away. Aldi is just right down the road. Marbella is a beautiful town and I'm happier up on the hills. I would definitely recommend staying here. This is one of my favorite airbnbs to date.

Our stay was 10 stars . Ben has been kind, close and professional. The incredible apartment, perfect, with a spectacular view from the double terrace. Definitely a place with idyllic location and our option number one if we return to La Alcaidesa. Thank you Ben!

Lydia's apartment is wonderful. She is very accommodating and helpful. Our stay was perfect. We will stay in Lydia's apartment whenever possible if we are in Santander.

The apartment is very comfortable and safe. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a new built with spacious private parking in the garage under the building. City centre is located on the same street level (no stairs). Access to the beach across the street (via stairs). There is an elevator in the city centre that takes you to the beach for .50 cents. Located in a residential neigbourhood but close to shops, restaurant and beach. Fran, the caretaker, was of great help and always checking if we were okay. We had a fantastic week! Thank you Fran.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

I stayed at Miren’s property for 4 weeks over Christmas with my husband. We fell in love with Jávea and this property is a great location for the beach (5 mins walk) and the Port (20 mins walk). Being winter it was very quiet and peaceful. A great well equipped and comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable. We had good weather but when chilly the piped heating worked. Great underground parking for our van and very safe off street parking out front too. Only thing missing was a bit of sun on terrace but wouldn’t stop us visiting again which we hope to do next year.
