Holiday rentals with a patio in Spain

Brilliant stay and great location, we was visiting family and will be booking again.

Anastasiia’s place is super central & there is a huge supermarket nearby. What made her place different from other airbnb’s i’ve been are the welcoming gestures.. from croissants (where we were so hungry from our travels!) and simple but important things like a bottle of water etc. Her place has been delightfully designed & it was so central that we saw the Easter procession outside of our window! Bed was super comfy too ♥️ Thank you so much for having us Anastasiia! 🌟

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tollen Terrassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber in der Reserva de Marbella war hervorragend: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell auf alle Nachrichten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Ohne Auto ist die Lage sehr schwierig, da viele Dinge nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar sind.

Great apartment for our long weekend stay. Michael was the perfect host. Best equipped home I’ve ever rented. Michael really does provide everything you could need. Lovely apartment - would definitely return.

Loved our stay in this apartment, we felt at home here and had everything we would need. Nico always responded quickly and stepped in to sort out a pament issue for us when changing the dates of the stay. The area round the apartment had an amazing choice of where to eat and drink. We would not hesitate to book again.

El alojamiento está muy bien, buena zona y el anfitrión amable. La limpieza es perfecta estaba todo impecable. Lo único que se destaca un poco más flojo son las camas que son algo incomodas. Por el resto todo perfecto. Recomendable 100%.

La estancia fue genial,fui con la familia para estar un par de días en la Warner Bros y decidimos por este alojamiento,se veía en el anuncio fantástico y así fue. Todo impecable y muy acogedor,no ha faltado un detalle,el anfitrión en todo momento muy atento y servicial. Seguro que volveremos,100% recomendable.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Man ist direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Es gibt gleich drei unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten an denen man direkt am Haus die Sonne genießen kann. Die Anlage drum rum ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Es ist entspannt / ruhig und nicht weit weg von allem was man sehen will. Tolle Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Andalusien. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang. Immer wieder gerne!

Bra genomgång av boendet när vi kom, och lägenheten har ett bra läge med promenadavstånd till centrum.

El alojamiento es fantástico para descansar y desconectar de la rutina ,muy recomendable para dar paseos hasta la playa . hemos estado en familia muy a gusto!!!

Alojamiento ideal para una pareja con la estufa

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

We loved our stay in Marbella. It was very peaceful on top of the hill overlooking the ocean. The town was just a few minutes away. Aldi is just right down the road. Marbella is a beautiful town and I'm happier up on the hills. I would definitely recommend staying here. This is one of my favorite airbnbs to date.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

Lydia's apartment is wonderful. She is very accommodating and helpful. Our stay was perfect. We will stay in Lydia's apartment whenever possible if we are in Santander.

The apartment is very comfortable and safe. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a new built with spacious private parking in the garage under the building. City centre is located on the same street level (no stairs). Access to the beach across the street (via stairs). There is an elevator in the city centre that takes you to the beach for .50 cents. Located in a residential neigbourhood but close to shops, restaurant and beach. Fran, the caretaker, was of great help and always checking if we were okay. We had a fantastic week! Thank you Fran.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

I stayed at Miren’s property for 4 weeks over Christmas with my husband. We fell in love with Jávea and this property is a great location for the beach (5 mins walk) and the Port (20 mins walk). Being winter it was very quiet and peaceful. A great well equipped and comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable. We had good weather but when chilly the piped heating worked. Great underground parking for our van and very safe off street parking out front too. Only thing missing was a bit of sun on terrace but wouldn’t stop us visiting again which we hope to do next year.
