Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. You have a map in our photos. Located in the coveted district of Chamberí. A few minutes walking distance from San Bernardo or Quevedo subway. A 20 minute walk from Gran Vía where musicals, theater, shopping... or 10 minutes from El Corte Inglés de Princesa. This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Android TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a dining area with a large table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest are during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.

Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room.
