Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence. Welcome to our exclusive apartment located in the heart of Chamberí, where the essence of minimalist luxury awaits you! Features enjoyed by my guests: -Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees you maximum privacy , comfort and independence. With meticulous design and a clear commitment to minimalist elegance, this apartment will captivate you. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer you a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living room, a bar with high stools and a nice glass window bathes the space with warm natural light. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: -During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The bathroom has double access from the bedroom and the living room, allowing its independent use. In the bedroom, dreamy nights await you thanks to the comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and the careful design will transport you to the experience of a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. The lighting, a key factor in the design, has been meticulously designed to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring that you can create different lighting moods in each space. Nestled in the coveted district of Chamberí, you will be just a few minutes walk from the metro stations of San Bernardo or Quevedo, and a short walk from emblematic places like Gran Vía, musicals, theaters, shopping and the best restaurants await you. If you are travelling with a baby and you need a cot as well as a highchair for your stay, you can request it in advance.

This bright spacious and well appointed apartment is newly renovated in 2023 and located in one of the hippest areas in Madrid. It's spacious floor plan, full kitchen & full amenities make it a home away from home. There is no better place to explore the city! This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Best for a single, a couple or couples with a kid! Pets are also invited happily! The apartment is located in an authentic quiet building. It is modern designed, themed to its name, Autumn, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa and a working table, kitchen with a dining table and bathroom. We took special care of all the little details, to make it the best stay for you! It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

Spacious brand-new apartment of 3 beds, 3.5 bathrooms of 200m2 in the 1st floor. Fully equipped apartment that it will make you feel at home. Offers a spacious and bright open layout, tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors. Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests. The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.
