There is the option of parking a vehicle in a private car park located next to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. Access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (no steps) and is directly from the street. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has 2 single beds next to each other, and the living room also has 2 sofa beds. The bathroom is clean and bright, and all of our linens are white and soft. We have a well-equipped kitchen for your use with everything needed if you decide to make lunch or dinner. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer/dryer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

It has a spacious lounge with a sofa bed (bed is 1.60 - 2:00 meters), dining room, very spacious kitchen with all amenities for cooking such as hob, oven and microwave. Next to the entrance is a toilet room. If you go down the stairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.The shower room is next to the bedrooms. Be aware the building has no elevator. You will love my place because it is a charming, luxurious and authentic house in a great historical location. The whole historical center is within walking distance.
