During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. Access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (no steps) and is directly from the street. It has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with bed linen, and a full bathroom with a shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker, as well as air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom equipped with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, a television and Wi-Fi (600 Mb fibre). Instructions for using the Wi-Fi are provided once the booking is made. There is no carbon monoxide detector as it is not necessary, since the heating and cooking appliances are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify us via an Airbnb message once the booking has been made. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has 2 single beds next to each other, and the living room also has 2 sofa beds. The bathroom is clean and bright, and all of our linens are white and soft. We have a well-equipped kitchen for your use with everything needed if you decide to make lunch or dinner. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer/dryer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

Next to the entrance is a toilet room. If you go down the stairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.The shower room is next to the bedrooms. Be aware the building has no elevator. You will love my place because it is a charming, luxurious and authentic house in a great historical location. The whole historical center is within walking distance.
